Well, I'm patiently waiting for the right project to weave with the wonderful yarn I've spun from Darnelle, in the meantime however Rachel gave me a wonderful cookbook I am Grateful for Christmas and I've already begun to make some of the wonderful recipes inside! Saturday we started to make Sauerkraut and being the girls that we are we wanted pink kraut so we used a red cabbage. It's already beginning to "sour" so we'll be having a delicious meal this week maybe a cheese souffle with home baked bread and kraut! In the meantime all the garden catalogues are coming in so I'm daydreaming about the perfect garden ~ a new variety of fig ~ Atreana~ to grow and make into a fig cake, and the basils I'm going to try.
